WHAT DOES MCARDS INC. (“MCARDS”) DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the
right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and
protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with
us, including the available program features to which you opt in. This information can include:

Contact data, such as your first and last name, alias, signature, salutation, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and phone number.

Geolocation data, which may be approximate or precise.

Demographic data, such as your city, state, country of residence, postal code, gender, and age.

Profile data, such as account name, username and password, date of birth, preferences, and any other information that you add to your account profile.

Transactional data, such as data needed to make a transaction, including a return or refund, we will be provided with details of the transaction, including the amount of the transaction, the time of the transaction, the details of any loyalty, points, discounts, incentives, rewards and other offers or benefits offered by, provided to or redeemed by or with you and the details of the third party, including name, location and type of business.

Payment card-related data, including loyalty, prepaid, debit or credit card to store within your account.

Related authorized payment data, including any additional cardholder associated with any loyalty, prepaid, debit, credit card or other account linked to your mCards account from the issuer of the card or holder of the account when it is linked to your mCards account. mCards may also receive, based on the permissions you grant at the time of linking, from the linked authorized payment account the Account type (e.g., checking, savings, debit, credit, prepaid), last four digits of the account or card number, routing and account numbers, card network and issuer information, current and historical transaction data (including merchant names, dates, amounts, and descriptions), account balances, including available and posted balances, account status information, such as whether the account is active, closed, or restricted.

Identity verification and background check data, such as know-your-customer (“KYC”) and identity verification information, Social Security number, driver’s license number, state identification card number, passport number, criminal history, and beneficiary information.

Communications data based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us, communicate with us via email, phone, chat features, social media, or otherwise.

Nonaffiliates we share with can include our service providers (e.g., third parties that provide hosting, information technology, marketing, and analytics services on our behalf, or our artificial intelligence providers), linked third-party services, professional advisors, authorities and others, and business transferees.
Nonaffiliates
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Joint marketing
California residents: We will not share your personal information with nonaffiliates, except as permitted by law, such as with your consent or to provide the service. We will not share your personal information with affiliates (if any) if you instruct us not to do so. To limit our sharing with affiliates, please email us at support@mcards.com.
Vermont residents: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates (if any) and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other
