POC Program Terms and Conditions Addendum
By clicking below, You confirm that You have read and accepted our Addendum to the mCards Mobile App terms and conditions (“Addendum”) and agree to be bound by them. You acknowledge the following additional terms and conditions shall be applicable to Your Access to the MCARDS Application:

Temporary Access. Your access to the MCARDS Application is provided as part of a limited-duration Proof of Concept THD SRS program (“POC Program”). You understand and agree that the availability and functionality of the MCARDS Application and any services, features, or functionalities under the POC program is temporary and will terminate at the conclusion of the designated evaluation period, ending on August 31, 2025.

Transaction Limits – A single Home Depot checkout is limited to $2,500 (store policy). Split transactions are permitted. Daily purchases cannot exceed $2,500. You also understand the POC Program is a closed loop card and is only eligible for purchases at Home Depot retail locations.
If there is a conflict between the terms of this Addendum and the MCARDS Mobile app terms and conditions, this Addendum shall control unless expressly stated in the terms and conditions.
At the conclusion of the POC Program, You understand the applicable application terms and conditions with MCARDS shall be terminated.
